This diagnostic engagement evaluates your business through the lens of operational independence. We assess both systems and people operations to determine whether your organization can function without constant owner oversight.

    Once the initial audit is completed and the findings are sent, the remaining balance will be invoiced before scheduling the Presentation Call.
